Having studied a HAVO diploma
then going to the Hoogeschool voor de Kunsten
(GrafischeVormgeving/BeeldendeKunsten)
Constantijn Huygens in Kampen 93/94,
Niela Versluis went to England in 1995,
 
After au-pairing three jewish kids Daniel, Natalie and Leila (Carmel Agency for Margulies Family) in North London,
 being telephone interviewer (Research Int., Putney Bridge)
working an apprenticeship in Hairdressing ('Ghost',Harrow), being sales assistant Fish and Chips (Harrow) and trying Perfume Sales (Euston) in 95/96,

Niela Versluis became a Photographic Assistant to Ursula Steiger(Boots/Maxxfactor) and Ian Forster(Wehkamp) for work experience, she did odd jobs photography for Toni & Guy Hairdressing and Mark Griffith Bespoke Tailors, 
 aswell as attending Westminster University
(part -time course Photography and Massmedia /
Phd Polytech) 96/97.  

Creative Consultants Sugar & Spice
were a creative team,
business partners, sole-traders' own Business :
Mr. Andreas Karaiskos and Ms.Niela Versluis, who worked from 1997-2001 in London. 

With Business Development together Conceptualising, Photography, Art-Direction and Graphic Design Production and Management for clients like M&S, Coats Viyella, and Virgin (andreaskaraiskos.com) 
and then us morgaging a beautiful property in Kingsbury in 2001 on the crudentials of good design business, 

Andreas singly,  separately went on to further design, IT and Architecture in London, (andreaskaraiskos.com) 

Niela also solo, worked in contactmanagement as coldcalling telephone interviewer in Dutch, English, and French 2001-2009.(Contactcentre IPSOS, Harrow and Harris Interactive, Ealing, UK/DeskAccount Management), whilst doing cleaning jobs, photography and illustration, Autonome Arts
2009-2024.

CASIO photography



The Peoplesound/G-club.net/Casio MP3 awareness job was won a design job by  Andreas Karaiskos (Creative Consultants Sugar & Spice) at Travis Sully Herrari London Design Agency. Niela Versluis (Creative Consultants Sugar & Spice) gave free conceptphotography to Andreas' conceptdesign  before being commissioned the (further) photography with which we created a campaign inclusive postcards to promote a better Casio MP3 awareness.(TIFF/GiFF/JPEG). 
Val Wicks (the Guardian, Instinct AG) wrote for campaign and the words were used succesfully for the free promotional postcards by Casio which helped reach a job required internetinvestment within deadline.

Val later employs Ms.N.Versluis Art-Director at Instinct AG London.(Icejeans Underwear photography/packaging 2000).
